This is a classic Polish pepper vodka. At first hints of freshly ground black pepper are noticeable in the nose, followed by a delicate scent of mint, allspice and bay leaf. When this vodka opens in the glass, aromas of herbs from Polish meadows such as thyme, rosemary and juniper appear along with a note of pine resin.
In the mouth it is peppery and intense with a slightly sweet but very spicy finish. This is a product that can be served before a meal as an aperitif, or after a meal as a digestive.
Vodka Sierakow Manor Pepper was awarded with the bronze medal at the International Wine and Spirits Competition 2015 in London.
