"Cardamon Manor"

Kardamonowy Dwór


40 ml of Sieraków Rowanberry
20 ml of Amaretto
40 ml of apple juice
10 ml of lemon juice
15 ml of cardamon syrup
stripes of lemon peel for decoration

Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Decorate the glass with lemon peel. Serve chilled.


wódka Dwór Sieraków

Barrel-finished
"Julip" style

50 ml of Dwór Sieraków Barrel-finished
8–10 fresh mint leaves
1–2 teaspoons of cane sugar
½ lime
blueberries, sliced strawberry, cinnamon and powdered sugar for garnish

Lime and sugar crush slightly with a muddler. Add five or six leaves of mint. Cover with finely cracked ice and add Dwór Sieraków Barrel-finished. Stir briskly until the glass frosts. Add more ice and stir again before serving. Decorate with fruits, mint and cinnamon. At the end sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Sieraków Shakerato

30 ml of Sieraków Rowanberry
30 ml of Campari
orange peel for decoration

Mix ingredients well in a shaker. Serve in a coupe or martini glass with orange peel.






Sieraków
Martini Rose

50 ml of Sieraków Superior
10 ml of Martini Bianco or Extra Dry
10 ml of rose syrup
rose petals and edible beads for decoration

Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass and pour into a cocktail glass. Decorate with rose petals and beads. For less sweet version use Martini Extra Dry.

Sieraków Negroni

Sieraków Negroni

30 ml of Dwór Sieraków Barrel-finished
30 ml of Campari
30 ml of vermouth rosso
lemon peel for decoration

Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass. Serve in a short glass decorated with lemon peel.





Breakfast
at Sieraków

50 ml of Sieraków Superior
20 ml of lemon juice
1–2 teaspoons of orange marmalade
orange for decoration

Mix all ingredients well in a shaker. Pour to the glass and decorate with an orange.




Sieraków Sour

40 ml of Palona Roast Grain Vodka
10 ml of Campari
30 ml of lemon juice
15 ml of sugar syrup
1 drop of Angostura bitters
egg white orange peel for decoration

Mix all ingredients in a shaker twice − with and without ice cubes. Serve in a short glass decorated with orange peel.

Sierakowski sour

Sieraków Elderflower

50 ml of Sieraków Superior
20 ml of elderflower syrup
½ lemon – cut into quarters
2 strawberries – cut into pieces

Lemon and syrup crush with a muddler and add strawberries. Cover with cracked ice, add Sieraków Superior and mix all ingredients. Add more cracked ice and decorate a glass with strawberry and lemon.

Sieraków Dessert

40 ml of Dwór Sieraków Barrel-finished
20 ml of Cynar
10 ml of almond syrup
10 ml of cinnamon syrup
1 teaspoon of orange marmalade
10 ml of lemon juice

Mix all ingredients in a shaker. Serve in a coupe glass.



Sieraków
"Old Fashioned"

I – Grapefruit
50 ml of Dwór Sieraków Barrel-finished
1 sugar cube
8–10 drops of grapefruit bitters
a few drops of water
grapefruit peel for decoration

Sugar moistened with bitters and water crush with a muddler. Add ice cubes and Dwór Sieraków Barrel-finished. Stir well. Decorate with grapefruit peel.


II – Chocolate
50 ml of Dwór Sieraków Barrel-finished
1 sugar cube
8–10 drops of chocolate bitters
a few drops of water
orange peel for decoration

Sugar moistened with bitters and water crush with a muddler. Add ice cubes and Dwór Sieraków Barrel-finished. Stir well. Decorate with orange peel.
